They’re high clearance, burly, and super strong, making your side-by-side look like a tank. How’d we do it? We took our standard A-arms and improved their design— making the tubing 1.5″ in diameter and 0.5” larger than your OEM A-Arms. Plus, we’ve added a 1.5” offset for more stability and room for 34” tires.
Bigger & Stronger Makes Them Atlas Pro A-Arms: These Atlas Pro A-arms are a complete upgrade in size compared to your stock A-arms. The tubing is larger—measuring 1.5″ in diameter—making them superior in strength. How does that compare to our standard A-arm and your stock A-arms? They’re a significant half inch bigger than stock and a quarter inch bigger than our standard offset A-arms. And for added durability, we’ve finished these A-arms with our UV-resistant powder coating to prevent rust and corrosion. These control arms were built for aggressive riding and to look badass.
Forward Offset for More Stability: We’ve designed these Polaris RZR XP 1000 high-clearance A-arms to give you an additional 1.5″ of ground clearance. This allows you to tackle larger rocks and fallen branches that you’ve avoided before. And for more stability, we’ve lengthened your wheelbase 1.5″ forward giving you a 1.5″ offset—allowing you to run 34″ tires on your machine without adding a lift kit. If you thought your RZR XP 1000 was a hoss before, think again. These A-arms make your RZR look like a monster.
Adjustable Pivot Blocks: Our Polaris RZR XP 1000 control arms also come with adjustable pivot blocks, allowing you to change your camber. When you add a lift or larger tires to your machine, you’ll want to adjust the camber to avoid premature tire wear. And if you want to leave your side-by-side like it is, that’s fine. We’ve pre-adjusted your pivot blocks to match your machine’s stock specifications, so you don’t have to mess with it.
E-Coating Option Gives You Full Customizability: Are you a DIY-type of rider who likes to take things into your own hands? Do you live for machine mods that make your side-by-side stand out from the rest? Great news—you’ve got the option of ordering these A-arms raw, unassembled, and ready for custom powder coating. With our e-coating option, you won’t even have to blast them! It’s customization made easier. This e-coating option protects from corrosion but is only for customers who plan on powder coating their A-arms before use. Without powder coating, these arms have no UV protection and will fade easily. E-coated A-arms come disassembled and do not have the option to add ball joints.
