Dalton Industries ’20 Polaris RZR Pro XP/Turbo 2-4 Seat Stock or Oversized Tires Adjustable Clutch Kits

The Pro XP turbo model introduced a new chassis, more horsepower, and redesigned clutches different from previous turbo RZR models. However, the initial production models of the 2020 Pro XP had some issues with belt slippage at higher speeds. To address this, a clutch kit was developed.

The clutch kit includes new primary and secondary springs, a forged steel secondary helix, and adjustable flyweight lever arms. These components improve performance, increase belt grip, and extend belt life. The flyweights in the kit have a superior bushing material that allows for smooth pivoting and prevents grinding against the clutch housing. They also have hardened steel thrust washers for better wear and clutch action.

The kit is designed for easy installation and comes with an instruction manual that guides users on adjusting the flyweights for different tires and situations. The goal is to ensure optimal clutching calibration and prevent belt slippage.
