The factory or OEM Polaris RS1 RZR Roll cage is weak, and what we would call “Scrap Metal”. ABF has implemented 8 years of roll cage experience into our Polaris RS1 RZR roll cage. The ABF RS1 RZR cage will bolt in and provide the protection and style you and everyone else wants.

ABF builds the RS1 RZR roll cage in our Joshua, TX facility. The RS1 RZR roll cage is CAD designed and CNC Cut and bent. This ensures that our RS1 RZR roll cage is consistent and fits perfectly every time. ABF takes quality very seriously, and this RS1 RZR roll cage is one of the best!

ABF has designed the F16B RS1 RZR roll cage to sit 4″ or 6″ lower than stock. This makes the RS1 RZR look amazing, yet it also offers the taller riders adequate headroom. We construct our RS1 RZR roll cage using .095 DOM and weld it with beautifully stacked MIG welds. Our Aluminum roof is hand bead roll to add amazing detail to the RS1 RZR roll cage. The Aluminum roof is secured using button head DZUS fasteners, and can be removed in less than a minute. The RS1 RZR roll cage features wiring holes in the front cage mounting points, so that wires can be ran inside the roll cage. A mirror bung, 2 rear whip tabs, and a harness mount are standard on our RS1 RZR roll cage.

The ABF RS1 RZR roll cage installs in the OEM or factory locations and does not require any drilling or modifications. NOTE* RS1 RZR roll cage eliminates the factory plastic air and CVT intakes, and they will need to be replaced. ABF has made it easy with a set of 3.5″ flat cone filters available in our store. ABF does not include factory seat belt options, and aftermarket harnesses are required. The factory Reservoir mounts are also removed, but ABF provides a really nice set of reservoir clamps instead.

The RS1 RZR roll cage is pictured with most of our available options. Powder coating is included in the price and we offer all OEM polaris colors. We also offer our RZR Rs1 Rollcage with less options for those who are looking for a budget rollcage with style.
