SuperATV’s GDP 8” Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris RZR XP Turbo is geared down so you can go big. It gives you a lift and a 45% or 60% gear reduction in one box. Want the most extreme? Opt for a 70% gear reduction complete with dual idler gears for the most balls to the wall portals on the market. Get the clearance to run bigger tires and the torque you need to turn them. With huge clearance, huge torque, and optional billet aluminum housings, you can install monster tires to take on any challenge.

What is a Dual Idler?
Perfection takes time. After years of research and development, we’ve made our dual idler gear portals unlike any other. By placing a second idler gear in the portal box, the load gets spread over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer and the strongest gear set you can get. Two idler gears don’t do a thing if they’re not mated perfectly, though. Precision CNC grinding ensures ours do. Our gears are made from the industry’s toughest 9310 steel alloy. Didn’t think dual idlers mattered? With GDP’s quality and experience, they finally do.

45% and 60% Gear Reductions Destroy Mud
With 8” portals and your choice of a huge 45% or massive 60% gear reduction, you get clearance for huge tires and a massive boost in torque. It’ll turn monster tires like they’re stock. There’s nothing that can stop our 8” portals. The challenge isn’t rolling through mud, it’s finding mud holes deep enough for your new mud monster.

A Gear Reduction That Protects Your Drivetrain
Portals put the gear reduction right in the hub. That puts it after your entire drivetrain and it makes your drivetrain work less and wear less. That means more miles out of your axles, differential, transmission, and prop shafts.

Our gears are precision ground and made with 9310 billet steel alloy. They’re designed to take all the torque and abuse you can give them without chipping teeth or blowing up. Our precise design and manufacturing make them cool and quiet even when you’re hammering down the throttle in the mud hole.

Stronger Housings by Design
GDP housings are the strongest housings you can get because we know how to make them tough. We’ve been using them and refining them for years. Whether you go with cast or USA-made, 6061 billet aluminum (which looks awesome), you’ll get strength built with experience.

The Strongest Portal Backing Plates You Can Get
If you want portals that will stand up to years of hard riding and abuse, you need GDP. Our backing plates use advanced steel that you can’t find anywhere else. They’re stronger than Chromoly and 5/16” thick—AKA they’re going to outlast the rest of your side-by-side no matter how you ride.

Advanced Gaskets and Seals Whether you go with cast or billet, both housings use:

• Advanced Thermo-Tork® gaskets with excellent oil resistance and a lower deterioration rate than Kevlar gaskets
• A sealed input gear and double-lipped output seal
• 100% sealing coverage throughout so you can forget about oil leaks

Bearings That Rock
A bad bearing is the fastest way to ruin your ride. That’s why we went with the best for the output—a double-angular contact bearing that can withstand huge forces from any angle. That means years of hard riding and hard hits with no premature wear. It’s one more way we make sure GDP is the best.

Universal Hubs and Slotted Rotors
Our precision-ground, stainless steel slotted rotors stay cool to give you the braking power you need when you need it. They come with 4/156, 4/137, 4/115, and 4/110 bolt patterns and lugs—you can fit wheels built for almost any side-by-side on these hubs. We made them that way to make your life easier. We invented the tapered output shaft that our hubs attach to. It provides a more secure lock that won’t wobble or wear over time.

You Need to Reinforce Your UTV with a Frame Stiffener
Get a SuperATV Frame Stiffener with your 8″ Portal Gear Lift. The stock frame just doesn’t have what it takes. Bump too hard and the OEM frame will bend. Trust us—we’ve done it. A frame stiffener reinforces your frame enough to let you ride your 8″ portals with monster tires and no worries.
