Today we’re proud to say that our dual idler isn’t like anything on the market. We placed a second idler gear in the portal box, so the load gets spread over twice as much surface area giving you more reliable torque transfer. And the strongest gear set you’ve ever seen. How does it work? We’ve engineerd the two idler gears to be mated perfectly by our precision CNC grinding techniques. Not to mention, our gears are made from the industry’s toughest 9310 steel alloy.
