HCR’s special billet, slot-and-tab design and honeycomb arms are built strong to handle tough off-road riding, while still looking great. Every weld you see on the outside connects to a strong plate inside the arm for extra support. Instead of using cheaper tube ends for ball joints like others do, HCR uses heat-treated 4130 billet ends. This makes the arms stronger because all the plates connect to the solid billet, removing a common weak point. Billet ends are available for both ball joint and spherical setups. HCR’s custom alloy is 30% stronger than regular 4130 chromoly. It goes through several hardening steps to boost strength and resist wear, so your suspension lasts longer and performs better

• Kit reuses factory ball joints or equivalent replacements, rear trailing arm radial bearings, front A-arm mounting bolts, trailing arm mounting bolts, and rear links with hardware.
