Gilomen Innovations has spent countless hours developing and testing our Polaris 900 Ranger and 900 Ranger Crew ECU tunes. We are known world wide for our Ranger ECU tunes and clutch setups because they flat out perform! We even have special versions of this tune specifically for the Highlifter and Hunter Edition models. We have unlocked all the power limiters in the ECU to achieve MASSIVE horsepower gains throughout the RPM curve.
The factory ECU programming only allows 40% of the available power when the throttle pedal is pressed 100%. With our G4 tune you get 100% of the available power when 100% throttle pedal is applied. There are many areas in the ECU maps that I change to get rid of the EPA friendly boggy lean condition at part throttle cruising.
This allows your motor to run cooler, last longer and offers way more response. This tune greatly increases your Rangers ability to do work, farming tasks, and take you to your hunting location because of the better low speed drivability and way more power on tap for when you get into sticky situations and need power to get you thru. Max power is 78-84HP at 7500-7800 RPM after this tune depending on the year. Top speeds can exceed 70MPH with stock size tires and proper clutching. Custom tuning options are available if you have a special application.

UPDATE: Many Polaris models in 2017 and newer with stock ECU programming suffer from false misfire codes ( 65590, 65591, 65592 ) due to drive belt issues, excessive tire spin, constant high speed driving, or for no apparent reason at all. Polaris made these codes way too sensitive & are unable to delete the codes. Our newest version tunes will eliminates the false check engine codes 65590, 65591, 65592!!
