Description

Gilomen Innovations Ranger 1000 SOHC Performance ECU Tune Only

Ranger 1000 SOHC Tune Info:

Gilomen Innovations offers a high-performance ECU tune for the Polaris Ranger 1000 Models. The tune is specifically designed for the basic 61 hp Ranger and increases the stock motor’s power up to 78hp. Each tune is set up for your exact model and tire size, transforming your slow Ranger into a powerful, responsive machine. The seat-belt limiter is disabled, and the tune does not cause any codes or check engine lights. Additional protection is offered by lowering the cooling fan temp and keeping all engine protections in place. Our tune is the most refined for the SOHC 1000cc Ranger models, performing well on 87 and 91 octane gas. Our turnaround time is one business day, and our price includes shipping. We offer the best possible customer service, and all our tunes are developed in-house with the best tuning strategies.

I have had several people ask if their heater will work as good in the winter after the 20 degree cooler fan temps and the answer is absolutely yes. I have tested this during the harsh winter in Minnesota on my personal machine and found the heat works exactly the same. The reason for this is because the engine has a 180 degree thermostat and during the winter the cooling fan rarely comes on with or without a tuned ECU but the thermostat is always maintaining proper engine temp to keep the heater core hot.
