EVO RZR XP Turbo & Turbo S (EVAP) Maptuner ECU Power Package will transform your already fast Turbo into an absolute animal!

With our Maptuner Power Package, you no longer have to send in your ECU to get flashed! Maptuner allows you to flash your ECU through the vehicles diagnostic port. A large color, app driven, touchscreen makes tuning a snap. Also featuring datalogging, monitoring, and code read/reset function, it allows you to accurately view or record your engines vitals. With an available Plug-n-Play AFR module, you can monitor and log air fuel ratios in real time! You can also return your vehicle back to stock at any time.
Charts below outline performance expectations, and equipment requirements required where applicable. All options include a MapTuner Tuning Device and diagnostic cable.
EVAP Models:
EVAP machines differ from Non-EVAP machines in various ways. The fuel system is completely different and requires different tuning. Some vehicles sold in states bordering California are California compliant vehicles (EVAP) with these same changes. Before ordering tuning, you will need to determine whether your vehicle is an EVAP version or not.
- EVAP vehicles have an extra control module on the floor below where the ecu is mounted (see picture below)
- There is also no return fuel line from the fuel rail
Tune Features:

- Massive wheel horsepower gains
- Rev limiters raised by 500 RPMS both high and low gears – custom rev limits upon request
- Speed limiters raised: High gear-120 MPH, low gear raised by 10 MPH, reverse raised by 9 MPH
- No piggyback fuel controllers to mess with
- Torque limits raised (makes vehicle more responsive)
- 2 foot braking enabled
- Dramatically lowered coolant temperatures by manipulating the fan on/off temperatures (EVP was the first company to do this)
Stage Tune Suffix Identifiers:

- R: The Turbo Wastegate Crack Pressure Must Be Adjusted for Higher Boost
- Non R: Tunes do not require any wastegate adjustment.
