Our Stage 5 Power Package for your Polaris RZR feels like getting a new, better UTV. You’ll get all of our Stage 4 kit — Power Vision 3 EFI flash tuner, Dynojet Clutch Kit, charge tube, water-cooled turbocharger upgrade, wastegate actuator — plus a Dynojet-exclusive intercooler coolant expansion tank. Gain up to 40 more wheel horsepower over stock at Stage 5!

Our Stage 5 kit has all the features of Stages 1-4 and includes provisions to shed power-robbing heat.

We’ve done the hard part for you, developing and bundling these products proven to boost your performance. It starts with our Power Vision 3, packed with premium performance tunes. You’ll also get a Dynojet Clutch Kit, making sure your UTV can handle any terrain, and a charge tube made out of durable silicone.

This Big Turbo upgrade allows for 17% more airflow and spools faster, as well as lowers your overall charge temps thanks to an optimized design. Properly tuned with a Power Vision 3, you’ll see a raw power increase of at least 38% on the 2016 Polaris RZR XP Turbo and at least 20% in later models. To ensure boost is delivered and controlled in a consistent manner, we’ve included a Dynojet-designed wastegate actuator, tailor-made for the Polaris RZR XP Turbo.

The Dynojet-designed intercooler coolant expansion tank was crafted by Ron Davis and tested in the unforgiving Nevada desert, making the Stage 5 Power Package the most complete solution on the market for peak performance.
