Dalton Industries ’16-’23 Polaris RZR S 1000 Clutch Kits
Clutch kits available for the Polaris RZR S 1000 for stock size or oversized tires. The Stock tire kit allows for some flexibility of terrain and applications with stock tire sizes. The oversized tire kit is for all larger tires, and sand dune or higher elevation applications with any tires.
DUV P10 RS: Adjustable clutch kit for the 2016 Polaris 1000cc RZR S (26-27” tires).

This kit includes Dalton’s patented “Quick Adjust” flyweight system that allows you to add or subtract some of the weight from the flyweights, without even removing the flyweights from the drive clutch.

DUV P10 RS-O: Adjustable clutch kit for 2016 Polaris 1000cc RZR S. Compatible with 28″ and larger tires, ideal for sand dune or high elevation (above 3500′) use with any tire size.
Similar to stock tire kit, but includes a specialized secondary clutch spring. Compatible with vehicle’s adjustable flyweight lever arms and most components.
This kit is designed for specific tire sizes. However, if you have smaller tires (26-27 inches), you can use the kit by adding an optional secondary spring, called DPSS-B/BL-T (Black/Blue with tang). This secondary spring allows you to convert the kit to accommodate the smaller tire sizes.
To switch between the two setups, follow the instructions provided. These instructions will guide you on how to install the optional secondary spring and make the necessary adjustments for the different tire sizes.
