The factory or OEM Polaris RS1 RZR Roll cage is weak, and what we would call “Scrap Metal”. We have taken all the guess work and confusion out of designing a custom race cage, and released a proven roll cage design that is ready to bolt on. ABF has implemented 8 years of roll cage experience into our Polaris RS1 RZR race cage.  The ABF RS1 RZR race cage will bolt in and provide the protection and style you and everyone else wants.

Our Race Cage Kit will include: 4130 Chromoly Rollcage with Door bars, B-Pillars, all gussets, roof with rear wing, door panels, window nets, aluminum race dash with cluster mount, rear taillight mount and number plate, side number plates, rear fender mounts, and headlight fill panels, and removable front rock guard.

ABF builds our RS1 RZR race cage in our Joshua, TX facility.  The RS1 RZR race roll cage is CAD designed and CNC Cut and bent. This ensures that our RS1 RZR race cage is consistent and fits perfectly every time. ABF takes quality very seriously, and this RS1 RZR race cage is one of the best!

ABF has designed the RS1 RZR race cage to sit 4″ lower than stock.  This makes the RS1 RZR look amazing and still offers headroom for riders who are over 6′ or under. We also lean the windshield back to provide a better sightline, and a more sleek look. We construct our RS1 RZR race cage using 1.75″ x.095″ 4130, side bars are .120 4130 and all welding is done with beautifully stacked TIG welds. Our Aluminum roof is hand bead roll to add amazing detail.  The Aluminum roof is secured using button head DZUS fasteners, and can be removed in less than a minute. A mirror bung and a harness mount are standard as well.

The ABF RS1 RZR race cage installs in the OEM or factory locations and does not require any drilling or modifications.  NOTE* RS1 RZR race cage b-pillar support mounts must be welded to the factory chassis. The factory Reservoir mounts are also removed, but ABF provides a really nice set of reservoir clamps instead.

The RS1 RZR race roll cage is available only in raw material. Powdercoating is available for local installs.
