RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Need to return your purchased item(s)? No problem! We accept returns within 45 days from the time your order ships. All returns must be in new and unused condition and include the manufacturer’s original product packaging. Returns, regardless of the reason that do not meet this criteria will be subject to a restocking fee. (see below on restocking fees)

Return Instructions:
To submit a Return Request, please click here and input the order number and email/phone number used on the order you would like to return. Please fill out the Return Request in full, including photos. Once submitted, our team will review the request within 1-2 business days. If approved, an RMA number with with shipping instructions will be provided.

Return Shipping:
We recommend insuring the package for the total value of the product. Fueled UTV is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages.

Note: If we have made an error on the order by shipping the incorrect item, we will cover the shipping cost with a pre-paid shipment return label that will be sent to you via email and no restocking fees with apply so long as the product is returned in new condition. We cannot guarantee a full reimbursement if you choose to use your own shipping method to return an item that we have shipped in error. 

Returns MUST be in new and unused condition and include the manufacturer’s original product packaging. This means the item could not have been installed, used, scratched, damaged, or have any use otherwise. Please do not use the manufacturer’s packaging as the shipping container for the return. Doing so will likely damage the manufacturer’s packaging and the item will no longer be considered in new and unused condition. All returns that do not meet this criteria will be subject to a restocking fee based on the value of the product as determined by Fueled UTV, or we may deny the return. In the case that the return is denied, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges to have the product returned to them. 

Refused Packages: 

If a customer refuses a package without prior notification and authorization by Fueled UTV, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund of the order, no exceptions.

Return Exclusions: 

We have very few return exclusions however there are some such as custom or special order items, clearance or closeout items, gift cards, installed or damaged items. 

Refunds:
All credits will be issued back to the original form of payment. Note that shipping fees, package protection, or other fees are non-refundable.

Fueled Cash earned from a purchase will be deducted from your account upon the return. 

Restocking Fees:

Returns may be subject to a small restocking fee, of which will be communicated to you. If items in your return request do not meet the above criteria, your return will be subject to a restocking fee based on the value of the product as determined by Fueled UTV, or we may deny the return.

Cancellations:

We process orders very quickly at Fueled UTV. If an order cancellation needs to be made, please contact us immediately at 509-406-7192. All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee which will be deducted from your refund. 

Note: Some orders cannot be cancelled after processing which include but are not limited to: custom or special order items, items that have entered into production, etc.
